I don't know if anyone else noticed, but since the past month the service has gone downhill. They don’t make the drinks the same anymore and the employees there have changed too. In my opinion, nothing taste good anymore and I wouldn’t recommend going there. I’ll be looking for another coffee shop to try.

I used to go to this place every weekend for almost a year. The service used to be good but now the service has gone downhill. I asked a worker and they confirmed a new owner. I used to always recommend it but now I'm not too sure. The worker is rude I'm not gonna lie. Go at your own risk.

Extremely disappointed that I didnt bother giving a tip and good thing I didn't. I came in and I was greeted with a girl with a phone in her hands trying to text she asked how I was and I said good hbu she was texting and asked I'm sorry what? My face fell bc I work at a middle Eastern cafe in Rochester as a barista and this hospitality was horrible. Not only that but it took her 15 min to make a vanilla matcha with cold foam. Husam is such a gentleman and our drinks were fantastic! Great customer service by him! EDIT: Came here two days later to get the Tima drink. The two younger cashiers lied about not having the ingredients for it. I told them the manager told me he restocked especially for the Tima drink. They magically made the drink. The bengali girl who made the drink had an awful attitude and when I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me and stated “i don’t have to give you my name”.
