Every visit feels like seeing friends. The staff is kind, patient, and somehow remembers how to make everyone feel special. Their customer service is top-tier, and they always serve everything with a smile.

Good coffee, nice place. We’ve been here multiple times and they have someone at the cash register who looks so miserable and just looks at you blankly when you walk up. The first time I thought, well maybe she’s going through something today and let it go. On multiple visits it’s clear she is someone who should not be working with the public. It’s too bad because the coffee is really tasty.
The workers are honestly rude, and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced it. The first issue happened when I tried to place an order at the register. The cashier was on her phone finishing a text message while I waited about five minutes just to place my order. The second issue is I ordered a cookie butter latte. They made my drink incorrectly, so I politely asked the barista if it was my order. Instead of checking, she simply responded with a rude “yeah”.
