(Owner's are so oblivious to everybody's complaints they don't even reply) I have been a regular in this place ever since it opened. However, it increasingly becomes disappointing. The tea is now basically half loose tea and watered down. The atmosphere has become insanely disturbing with all the coffee grinding in the middle of the room at peak times.
