asking for a review especially when you don’t know how to run you’re business is pathetic floors were dirty counter looked slimy/ sticky customer service felt terrible the employees wander around machines constantly beep should be a quite environment but it’s super loud the drink tasted terrible i don’t recommend
The croissants were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. They were dry on the inside and oddly chewy on the outside which made them hard to enjoy. Fresh pastries should never taste this old. It felt like I paid for leftovers instead of something made that day.
The matcha was match-NOT it!!! It was sour and just BLEH. I wouldn’t drink it if it was the last thing that was on this planet! 1/10, 1 star, 👎👎👎
A man working there was extremely rude for no reason. He had an attitude the entire time and acted annoyed that I was even ordering. Customer service like that makes the place feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I will not be coming back if that is how customers are treated.
The matcha tasted like throw up and I could not drink more than one sip. It was sour and awful and a complete waste of money.
