Very dissatisfied with the services for my grandmother. Cantrell doesn’t communicate well. We had to ask them what time are they picking us up in the family car. We had to ask when would the body be delivered to the church for the home-going services. It’s ridiculous that we had to even do that. We paid all this money and have to do their job. My grandmother didn’t look like herself at all. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

So, my cousin had her mother's memorial service here 4/20/2024. First of all the service time was set for 2:30pm on that day. The Funeral Car to pick up some of our immediate family members was late. They my cousin the family car would be at my mothers house between 1:45pm & 2:00pm. Well he didn't get to us until about 2:10pm.
