I received a letter with an offer and was skeptical at first but then decided to take it as i dint want to deal with an agent. To my surprise, we settled on a price that still worked and we closed a few weeks later. Nothing to complain about.
Do not use these guys ever!!!!! Make promises and will not keep them. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Closing of the property came and went and the didnt even notify. 10 months of waiting for them to do nothing. Warning Warning Warning.
Normally, I don't give reviews, but the professionalism of the Q9 team has impressed me. Everyone I spoke to was highly professional and they know what they are doing. They were very thorough and knowledgeable; it's important to work with a transparent company. Very upfront and honest. Thanks for all your help!
This company is scary. They want to buy your house and sell your house before they pay you. They list it without owning Buyer beware
They intinally overbid your property. Schedule what they call is a photo session, which is an incovience for your tenants, receive said photos, come back to you and want a reduction in price. You want to sell, so you agree to the reduction in price. They send a new contract with language in this contract that is not inside the original agreement stating they can terminate the contract at any time for any reason.
