I can not recommend strongly enough that you buy nothing from here. Scooter was arrived with damage all up the right side, body panels broken, scratched , gouged, body panel attachment points broken. Seller refused to replace. Also refused to let me return the scooter unless I paid for return shipping and let him keep 20% of the purchase price. Disputed with my credit card who refund my money. Ordered an ATV for my son in June 2020. Took them up on the “pre-order” deal to lock in my place in line and the price because they stated prices would be going up due to demand. ATV came in stock 7 months later and they said they are invoicing me 25% more if I still want it. Total breach of contract. If you think your price is locked in on a pre-order thing again. This company has lied to me way too much. I called late May and asked if I ordered dirt bikes for my kids when I should expect delivery and was told mid June. Mid june rolled around and no bikes. So I called and was spoken to like a child, the representative was extremely rude and condensending. She told me they were having issues with orders but they would get the bikes in now mid to end of June. Ordered my item the Tao Tao Racer 50 from Q9 and it's close to a month and a half now and I still haven't received my product, after they decided to push my order back to mid July from the end of June (which was discouraging because I wanted it for July 4), I decided to cancel my order now I have to wait 5 business days for a refund but it didn't take nearly as long to take the money off of my card tho.......Honestly this whole process was just a huge waist of time more than anything else, my advice to the company would be i... read more

I ordered the atv they emailed they needed more information to verify my identity, I did that and then asked for estimated shipping. They emailed saying would ship out in 5-7 days, then 5 days later they said it was out of stock!! Took 5 weeks to come in then it was damaged upon arrival, the freight Co made notes on BOL. I called and emailed them to let them know and they told me to go by touch up paint for a new item they damaged!! do NOT buy

Jeremy Kuehni from here is absolutely rude. They sent me a single item that was suppose to be for a set, but when I'm asking about the arrival of the other item the answers I get are that they aren't sure where it is or when it will arrive. Then the guy tries to blame me and tries to make me look bad for pointing out the fact they even refused to help me confirm sizes before, then shipped me out a single part that I can't use. Horrible attitudes. Childish actually. They don't stand by their products. Don't waste your hard earned money. It will bring you nothing but stress after some thing goes wrong within a few rides. Who spends thousands and has it break that soon, apparently more then just I have had issues from what I see in their reviews. Customer service is piss poor. Keep yourself and you're kids (if buying kids machines) happy and safe by not shopping at Q9 powersports.

My predator 200 cc unfortunately had a defective carburetor. I spoke with Jordan by telephone and a replacement carburetor was shipped, installed, and the vehicle now functions perfectly. Very impressed with after-sale commitment by Q9. highly recommend this company and Jordan in particular.
