We decided to build a new home in Edmond, Oklahoma and after months of researching, we decided to move forward with Q5 Custom Homes with a custom home in their neighborhood Abbey Place. We really loved the neighborhood itself and their commitment to keep a substantial amount of the natural terrain and vegetation. The other thing we loved is that every home has its own personality and was not cookie cutter like so many of the other "custom" homes we had taken a look at before. Constantly letting their sub contractors leave trash every where. Absolutely disgusting. Most recent was bags of ready mix and their lunch in my yard along with a receipt for the ready mix for Q5 custom homes in my yard. Zero care for anyones property. They just say please bare with us while we are still doing construction instead of fixing the problem. Them along with others get these same complaints repeatedly about the construction trash ending up in other peoples yards, but they do not do anything about it, because it wi... read more
