I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done, this is the 2nd time going there because the tech is super talented. He let her know only a few hours prior on day of appointment that he only takes cash when he took card on prior visit. He arrived 15 minutes late, when he himself has on his "list of rules" if you are 15 minutes late it will result in appointment cancellation. Now my first visit went well when I worked with the person who sits at station one. He was helpful and a very skilled tech. Now my visit was absolutely terrible. I sat with “Troll” who sits at the second station. The appointment initially started well until we got into a heated exchange. I made the mistake of pulling my hand from the dryer and the Immediate frustration that fell over his face was nothing but unpleasant. Once I got there it was only One employee that does pedicures, the others possibly on their way, I had to move on to a different business to get my nails done. Not sure how good Q3 is.
