Q3 checked all the boxes for me. I called and asked if I could get in on a Saturday so we wouldn't have to take off work and they were happy to schedule me an appointment. My boyfriend needed his breaks done and we were stressed about it for weeks because of how expensive it would be. Q3 gave us a great discount and the prices were more than reasonable. They were done in less than 2 hours, we walked down the street to get lunch and it was pretty much ready by the time we got back.
I came in because i felt a jerk in my vehicle, The Staff was professional and explained everything in simple terms without any extra surprises, They diagnosed my vehicle and discovered my transmission is bad, Provided proof of failure, Fixed my vehicle
Best car service. I came in with an older vehicle 89 Toyota Corolla. They did the diagnostic and found many leaks within valves and hoses for oil and such. They were able to get whatever they could to make sure my vehicle was in good working order when I got it back. Seeing that it was an older car it did have a lot of wear and tear over the years. 1. Did NO touch-up paint during repairs yet it’s on my repair quote. Had to get someone else to do it. 2. Broke my corner side window during repairs and try to tell me it came in that way. They fixed it but it added 3 more days to my repair. 3. Did not clean my car after repairs. 4. Very unorganized and chaotic work environment. Always took up to 30-45 min just to find my paperwork or answer any questions about my service. 5. I had to aggressively play middleman for my insurance provider to progress my own repairs.
