Terrible customer service and they only give you updates on your car if you reach out to them. Appointments mean nothing to them they will just tell you they are "doing you a favor" when you ask why its taking so long to get a diagnosis on your car. Stay far away from this establishment.

My experience with q3 is off the chart they are very professional and helpful and has a wonderful staff go check it out you won't regret it.
Needed to get a state inspection on my BMW to get Maryland tags. The MVA suggested this place (the lady who was helping me). I went, and the customer service was horrible. I stood in the lobby for almost 20 minutes while the guy was checking out a customer, who kept asking questions after he was walking away he would turn back and ask something else.
