You have to be out by 10am which is earlier than any other rental or hotel property I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in many. If you are going to do that at least allow an earlier check in than 4pm. I asked for 3pm due to a very early arrival and was denied. Seriously!

Very clean. Heater is loud and bangs. AMAZINGLY bright lights (from the patio) at night around the bedroom door. Had to buy a sleep mask. shades that don’t shade. microwave light for stovetop not working. no recycling information. air vent/fan next to bedroom desperately needs cleaning mold: washer’s water softener container washer’s door seal

Happy in oregon I was traveling with a friend. We had such a great time. The space provided comfort and was very functional. Everything we needed was there (iron, towels, keurig, etc). The place was very clean and well organized. The building presented with incredible amenities (gym, game room, coffee bar downstairs). The check in / out process was smooth. This is a very difficult review for me to write as I typically am able to find the positive out of most trips/destinations/Restaurants that I've been to (see my history) but Vacasa has been anything but pleasant to deal with and vacation with. We first booked a house in Mt. Hood, ORforour son's wedding. This was done back in Febof 2023. The unit was not the one in the photos. The unit smelled like urine and was clearly not cleaned. The walls had scuff marks and dirt marks all over the unit in multiple places. The door handle had been chewed on and cut my hand. The door lock is also improperly placed. It's extremely difficult to lock or open and needs to be fixed, it is a safety issue at this point.
