I have been going to Amy for my nails for the past 8 years. She is professional in every way. The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I see Priti for my pedicures. She is also very professional. I would recommend Q1nails to anyone that wants perfection!
I've been coming here for 3 or 4 years and I've called twice in 2026. Once on Sun Jan 4, left a voicemail to get an appointment for Fri Jan 9 to get a refill and pedicure. Never got a call back. I called again on Fri Jan 9 to leave another voicemail, which I never got a call back to see if I got an appointment booked for that day. I love this spa to get my fingers and toes done. After this experience I found it unprofessional not to call a customer back after 2 voicemails.
I celebrated my daughter's birthday with 10 other little girls. The service was excellent. Thank you for your kindness.
Love the folks here at Q1 nails. The atmosphere is so enjoyable. They provide a friendly and professional experience. I have been coming here for several years.
