Worst experience EVER!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Paid upfront for bond, carpet cleaning and pest. Realestate failed the services x2. Realestate agency photos show unclean vacant home and carpets not cleaned. 2nd attempt no change other then x2 plug in airfresheners used. I lost my bond return due to employing a 2nd bond cleaner who passed without question. This company also arrived 1 hour late and their communication was poor. I asked several times for a full refund as they guarantee this and their work 100%. No reply. C... read more
House bond clean paid up front and job not done, real estate told us wasn't even attempted and said we had been scammed by these people, awaiting our payment back as they guaranteed their work, lost my bond do not recommend
End of lease bond clean- paid for full bond clean, pest control and blinds to be cleaned. Blinds were not touched, carpets not vacuumed as cat hair still in crevices on carpet, cob webs still present, broke the ceramic soap hold on the wall- this was found in the garage bin, issues raised and photos sent to company to which they replied they will go back and fix the issues, unsure if they did as realestate stated that had to spend an hr and half cleaning what they company didn’t do. The team was on time, friendly, and extremely thorough. They cleaned every corner of the property and met all real estate requirements. Great communication and excellent value for money. Highly recommend.
