We have lived in our home for 22 years the HVAC System was installed when we built the home. 12 years into the life of the system the furnace failed and was replaced. For the entire time we have lived in the home we have struggled with multiple rooms being 8 to 10° cooler than the rest of the home. We finally decided that it was time to replace the entire system.
