Q Stone would get five stars from me simply based on their service and workmanship- beautiful, precise cutting and polishing, quick turnaround, efficient and knowledgeable installation, good problem solving on the spot for all of the little problems that come with an old house, and use of their own custom brackets to mount the sink that are way more robust than the hardware provided. Radu and his team did an excellent job installing gorgeous quartzite for us in our kitchen! From start to finish, he was easy to communicate with, transparent, expeditious, flexible, and fair. My husband and I DIY'd a lot of our kitchen so he worked with us on timing and coordination and with other trades. A second contractor attempted to push quartz on us - yes, I understand it's less maintenance, etc., but I got the impression the quartzite was the other contractor's problem, not mine. Radu did a great job with my countertops. I sent him the measurements and he responded very quickly with a quote. From the first time I reached out, the whole process took less than two weeks — from measuring to picking out the countertop to cutting and installing. He was very responsive the whole way through and made it all easy. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the countertops look amazing. I highly recommend Radu to anyone looking for quality work and a stress-free experience.
