Very irresponsible dentist. Don’t care about patients. This the new owner is horrible. I used to go there. On my regular tooth cleaning day found out it’s a new management now. After 2 weeks I have toothache and visit there. Told me I need root canal. After get approve from my insurance they will give me a call. No response after that no calls. After 2 weeks I called they told me wait 2 more weeks after they get setup everything will give me a call. Since that no response. They could have tell me to find different dentist if... read more
Extremely satisfied with customer service provided each time we come in for our appointments. My family and I all attend this dental place and it is very convenient location wise. Dr. Bui has a way with each patient and always explains his procedure before proceeding. Staff up front are very welcoming and always make sure to meet our needs, they do a fabulous job explaining any questions we have and best of all they are very gentle and sweet with kids.Wait time is super quick I have never had an issue with them. Great office! Very nice and professional dentist Dr Bui. I am an orthodontist in the area and highly recommend Dr Bui and his team.
The first visit was awesome, the second visit was ok, the charge for both visit was a ripoff they got the money from my dental insurance, my part of my payment and still got a bill for $300.40 that they could not even explain why the extra charge. A Total ripoff. Do not go there they do not know how to charge right for the visit or they need to get a better financial associate. Very disappointed. :(
