Extremely satisfied with customer service provided each time we come in for our appointments. My family and I all attend this dental place and it is very convenient location wise. Dr. Bui has a way with each patient and always explains his procedure before proceeding. Staff up front are very welcoming and always make sure to meet our needs, they do a fabulous job explaining any questions we have and best of all they are very gentle and sweet with kids.Wait time is super quick I have never had an issue with them. Great office! Very nice and professional dentist Dr Bui. I am an orthodontist in the area and highly recommend Dr Bui and his team.
The first visit was awesome, the second visit was ok, the charge for both visit was a ripoff they got the money from my dental insurance, my part of my payment and still got a bill for $300.40 that they could not even explain why the extra charge. A Total ripoff. Do not go there they do not know how to charge right for the visit or they need to get a better financial associate. Very disappointed. :(
