I’ve been going here for years with my wife and kids, but in recent months the customer service has become terrible. The owner is arrogant and they don’t seem to listen to what we ask for our children. When we try to give feedback or suggestions, they yell in front of everyone. The service is extremely bad now, and as a family, we have stopped going there. They’ve lost our business after 12 years of loyalty.
Staff are very impolite and dont pay attention to what we ask. They are in rush and if you tell them you are not satisfied and do the haircut again ,they are really pissed. Very poor customer service.
Been cutting haircuts here for years, will not go anywhere else in the area but here. The ladies are very nice and respectful and get the work done quick, with good quality! I’ll always come back
