The lady took only a few minutes to do my hair and made it completely the wrong color that I wanted she made me use the hair dryer and took NO time to work on me at all.
Very bad rude service. Ladies worker not nice at all Not respectable.
Horrible experience! I came in hoping to get a specific haircut and showed the female hair stylist a clear reference picture. She spent only a few minutes cutting my hair without paying any attention to detail. It looks completely different from what I asked for, and now I’m stuck with a haircut that looks like a mushroom. Terrible service, rushed work, and zero care. I am never coming back!
If you’re a girl and plan on coming here for haircut, be careful. I got my haircut yesterday and it was way shorter than I wanted it to be. I came in for a trim and mentioned that as well. She asked if it’s layers. I told her yes but long layers. I told her that I wanted it to still be long for my wedding that is coming up. She ended up cutting so much of my length off and I didn’t realize how short it was until I left. Not only that but she cut my bangs and gave me china bangs and I didn’t ask for that. They had me pay over $80 when I asked for an all over color which they later claimed at checkout would actually be the price of the touch up then had the nerve to ask for tip!! I will definitely NOT be coming here again
