Customer service on point. Nail tech is very skilled and passionate about her work. Actually talented af. Staff is very nice and goes to every length to meet your needs.

You’re better off going to a personal nail tech or the Buckhead Nails and Spa. I came in over this past Saturday to get my nails and toes done for my baby shower. I was charged $165 for both which is ridiculous considering the outcome of my nails. For one, whatever they were putting on my nails burned my nail bed so bad that I had a really bad reaction. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. The nails were uneven, with one noticeably longer than the other, and they looked excessively puffy. It was clear that attention to detail was lacking, and the overall result was far below my expectations. I requested a refund, but received no response. I had hoped for a higher standard of service, especially for the price paid. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and I will disputing the charge.
