Walked in for a gel pedicure and Tiffany did an amazing job and gave the best massage I’ve had in Jacksonville! Clean salon and great costumer service. Will definitely be back!
Visited today with my husband. Tom & Tiffany were amazing, very attentive and pleasant. Our pedicures were relaxing with a great massage.
I’ve been a customer for over a year and today they lost me as a customer. Called about my gel polish peeling off not even within a week and was told i had to pay to get it fixed. After paying to have it fixed the gentleman who did the service asked me if i was going to tip or not. (I was but that was rude) and i proceeded to pay. Needless to say i won’t be coming back. This was my final straw as they don’t use new nail files for Manicures and use the nail/ cuticle clippers on everyone without sanitizing them.
