Some of the employees need re-training even on basic designs and definitely in customer service. Can’t even do a basic French if you want em in a different color. Asked for black French and got full nails painted black, plus attitude and man-handling when asked her to correct it. The French is the most basic design and while it’s time consuming for some, getting it in a color that is not the classic white shouldn’t be something that they are unable to do. I went today & got my nails done by Katie & she did a really good job! I love my nails. Recently went & today I got a fill, will be going back!
Very loud, not spa like at all !!!!!!!!!!!!! you need a vacation after leaving and getting your nails done. Feels like a battle zone!!!!! So unprofessional :(
