I am beyond disappointed. I came to this salon after hearing great reviews, but this was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, and when someone finally came over, she was visibly irritated and rushed me nonstop. After telling her I wanted a full set and a pedicure, she never even took me to the pedicure chair. There was no soaking, no water, no lotion—she used her bare hands only. I felt really rushed during my appointment. When I tried to point out things about the shape that I didn’t like, the nail tech didn’t really listen or correct them. On top of that, I was charged for several extras that I’ve never been charged for at other salons, which made the price feel unreasonable. I came in hoping this would be my go-to place, but the experience was disappointing.

I’ve been to many nail salons around here and decided to give this one a shot and it was amazing. Usually, I’m pretty picky about my nails, but I came out feeling very happy with them. Definitely recommend this place will be going back for sure. Also got a regular pedicure and had a great experience.
