My daughter and I made an appointment at noon, when they opened. We got to the salon a little early and was surprised all the chairs were full already. My daughter waited 45 minutes for a pedicure and I waited 55 minutes for a really bad manicure. Then we waited 25 minutes for a fill which was acceptable. Management needs to clear out the rude employees and celebrate the professional and caring ones. We found out there is an unpublished opening hours. BEWARE! If I could leave zero stars, I would. They are so rude! I went in to get my nails trimmed and cleaned up. I told him natural, and he gave me a point, so I asked him to square it out. He then left them uneven and looking quite bad. I told him to stop because I had long nails, and he had taken them down to nothing. He laughed. I told him I was done. He charged me $15. Got there at 5 for 2 mani and 2 pedicure 2 hours before they close. Yes I will admit they were very busy but they sat us down in the pedicure chairs and told us someone will be with us shortly waited a HOUR for people to show up for there 5:30 appointments and they continued to skip right over us and help them and told us after waiting a HOUR that they don’t think they can get us in..
