Update 2 years later - they have had a huge overturn of technicians and sadly their service has declined. I had a terrible experience with Tara and will not be back. Not only did she do a sub par job, she and the man she sits next to (I believe her husband) were talking about me and laughing. I may not speak the language they were speaking but I am not stupid. I had the single worst experience I've ever had anywhere. The owner pulled me back, had me soak my dipped nails for 15-20 minutes, and then once she began removing them, she dropped my hands and left on 3-4 different occasions without any word (once to go see a picture another patient wanted to show her, once to go talk to some people in the back, etc). water in the pedicure bowl is always cold, the gel lasts maybe two weeks and chips off even though they charge $15 to add gel, the worker who cut my toe nails gave me three ingrown nails.

I’ve come to Q nails for a few years now and have always recommended them to my friends. Unfortunately today I got my acrylics removed and left with uneven, and extremely damaged nails, with some of them still having acrylic residue. I used to love the service here but today I left disappointed. ☹️
