Pulled dirty equipment out of a drawer and did not sanitize it after using it on me either, just put it back in the drawer. Used a dried out alcohol swab that he had used on my hands 5 minutes prior to wipe the cuticle cutters then put them back in his apron. This DOES NOT meet AHS's requirements and can transmit diseases! I have never seen such blatant disregard for proper hygiene and sterilization. Do not go here, you risk HIV and Hepatitis infections never mind fungal infections!

Very unprofessional and embarrassing experience The way you are treated depends on what service you ask for. If you say you want a new set, they are polite and helpful. But if you ask to fix a broken nail, they make you wait, their tone becomes rude, and staff start gossiping among themselves, asking each other who wants to fix it right in front of you.
