Image should speak for themselves horrible. My nails were so long and due to her constant messing up I lost all my length just for them to still be uneven. Every time I asked her to fix something she would get annoyed. Everyone else is great I’ve only even had this experience with one of the younger women who is always there

They lie. They say they do designs but cannot. Yuyu was distracted the entire time! Texting on her phone in between my nails. She tried to do snowflakes on my nails twice and wasted 25 minutes. She googled how to do it and still could not copy. Every time she tried to make a snowflake, it looked like a spiderweb, or the star on the British flag. Yuyu is not talented. Walked in and asked for a gel pedicure. Picked out a color that was on display on the color wheels they have. After prepping my toes she brings over w color that she swears is the same one I picked out. We went back and forth for like 10 minutes of me repeatedly telling her it wasn’t the right color and her insisting it was. (It was not). She was super aggressive and rough and even made me bleed when picking out the dead cuticles. She didn’t do a good paint job either , leaving spots on the side of the nail unpainted . They are good place to get your pedicure. I think everyone has a different experience, but personally I’ve had good ones. The pedicure I have gotten have been good and they really get in there. If you have a good experience with one person I would recommend sticking with them
