I hate to leave this review because the customer service was great, but the shellac is unfortunately poor quality. I had part of the shellac come off the same day I got it done. Tony was great and fixed it the next day. However, 2 days later a different nail had 1/2 come off and it was sooo thin. Now that I’m 5 days out from when I got them done, I have had 6 nails peel off. Quality customer service, horrible quality shellac.
I’ve been to many nail salons and Q nails is the only place where they did my nails right. She was so polite and respectful and a magnificent artist on nails. I will never go anywhere else except here for now on.
