Nail techs become very defensive when asked to make a slight/reasonable change or correction to the nails and attempted to gaslight me. Very poor customer service, unprofessional and bad attitude amongst many of the techs. Instead of being open to making sure the customers needs are met I was threatened to go somewhere else. She also became very aggressive with my hands and harshly filed down all the skin surrounding my nails beds and finished off the rest of the nail set very sloppy. Straight to the point... nice customer service, thorough pedicure, & good pricing. I got Gel X along with a gel pedicure.
