Definitely a terrible experience I expectd more , especially when they have been in business for so long. I took my daughter, and the entire time they made negative comments about how long she wanted her nails,while also not getting the color she wanted. The lady was nice up until she stared telling me how bad my eyebrows looked, so I finally agreed to let her do it since her eyebrows are nice and thick I trusted and communicated to her I wanted them thick like hers. I love ❤️ Q-Nail💅 For 4yrs they have consistently great! Affordable and accommodating 🫶
My nails turned out nice, but the salon itself was extremely dirty. The equipment did not appear to be clean, and I felt very unsanitary throughout the entire appointment. For a service that costs over $60, I would really appreciate if new or properly sanitized tools were used. Overall, not a great experience — I’ll be going somewhere with higher cleanliness standards next time.
