Every time I go I get told it’s one hour wait with only one customer in the chair. Told me to come back later. Was rude and dismissive

My nails turned out super cute and I love them so much! Atmosphere was very peaceful and I loved the overall experience. Usually, I hate how my nails end up but these were super cute, thin and exactly what I requested.
How y'all gone have the open signs on and not be open?
