Great customer service!
They are always fast and attentive to the customers. I had a few visits here and Anna always attend to me. She is very friendly and always does a good job with my nails. Highly recommended!
My experience with Q’ Nails has been excellent. Hannah is wonderful—she truly listens, executes exactly what I ask for, and is very thorough and detail-oriented. I’m usually in and out quickly, and the quality is always consistent. Since moving to Concord, this has been my go-to nail shop, and I couldn’t be happier!
The quality of the work is outstanding. I highly recommend the manicure and pedicure services. It's the best service available.
I love Q-nails. Super happy I found this nail salon and Nina. She gives the best pedicures and massage. They are super kind, friendly and professional. The salon is super clean as well as the nail tools and supplies they use. Hanna the manager has a great attitude and sense of humor. I love chatting with them. I always leave with happy feet. I have not personally got acrylic nails done but the client next to me had a beautiful set.
