Didn’t listen very well to what I want, I was also cut multiple times with just about each that was used. My friend was yelled at after requesting coffin shaped nails and was never asked how short she wanted them. Also their Facebook post about a student deal and other deals is Totally deceiving. Didn’t catch mine nor my friends nail techs names unfortunately. I most definitely will not go back to this place they were way too rude and rough for my liking.

Tina is wonderful!! I've been coming here for 5 years. She does a great job and is very thorough. Everyone in the shop is very friendly! I highly recommend QNails.

I have been going there for years. Last month I took my daughters. My 11 year old messed up one of her nails. I offered a $10 tip for them to fix it. A lady approx. 40 yrs old started yelling at my daughter. I still gave the tip and chalked it off as a bad day. I went back yesterday with my daughters. This time the same lady did my nails. She charged me $30 just for a polish change (no gel or upgrades) and my nails look horrible. The nail polish had to be bad since my nails are cracked and have tons of air bubbles in them.
