I have been going to q nails for a year and have been very happy, however I went there this week when there electric had been turned off due to non payment, Tom still did my nails in the dark but missed putting the chrome on my thumb nail. I went back the following day to have him put the chrome on, he asked me to come back in an hour, I did not leave but waited. He finished his current client and started on another after I had waited for an hour and did not even offer to correct his mistake, I left and will not be back.

Second time I was in there I had to get a nail replaced. I did a fill didn’t listen to what color I wanted. I just took with the head and again I have another nail that just came off within a week. I don’t think I’ll be going back there

I wanted to love this visit, as it was my first time treating myself to a full set. The pedicure I recieved was awesome, so when they asked if I wanted my nails done, I agreed. My nails were not filled to the cuticle and there were gaps left between my real nails and the tips. There also were large chunks of the fill left under the tips of my nails, which drove me insane. I ended up having to buy a rotary tool to fix them. Overall this was not worth the $70 I was charged and I definitely wouldn't recommend.
