This was my second visit here. I opted for a mani/pedi this time. I said I wanted my nails as short as possible. I had to ask twice for her to cut some of my toenails shorter. The manicure didn't go well either. I smudged a nail before it was totally dry. Instead of starting all over with that nail, she opted to add more polish, which creates a hole once it dried. I had a pedicure this week and it was the worst I have ever had. My nails were uneven and she didn't file them. Did a soft file on heels and they were not bad, but did nothing to remove Cracks. The polish was uneven and thin in some areas. I went home and did them myself.
