Because I’m a loyal customer to Qnails II that’s the only thing that prevented me from giving this location 1 star. I usually get my acrylic nail set from Qnails II and they were not opened today. I called this location and they only do UV Gel and Powder sets, okay no problem. So I go to get my nails and toes done, and everything is fine until I go to pay…. If I could give a negative star review, I would. I decided to come here last minute to get my acrylic nails refilled because I live 5 minutes away and it was convenient. It was a Friday around 5pm I called them to schedule and they told me to come right in. They close at 7:30pm as per website but as I was getting my nails done they were rushing as though they were closing early. First of all I can’t remember ever leaving a bad review anywhere but the disrespect here is literally out of control. Like I’m sorry am I bothering u to do ur job? Tf. So I’ve gotten my toes done here maybe 3 times before I’m nail tech recommended they do good cleaning without charging extras for lavender and green tea bs.
