I never usually post bad review, but I had felt the need to coming here. I came in today and I got a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. I was rudely interrupted in the middle of my service to pay my tab and when I put a tip down which I was not required to do, the women told me to add a higher amount pointing to the different percentages at the bottom of the recipe. First of all, this is not a fancy place. If you’re looking for that uppity, spa-water, soft-jazz vibe — this ain’t it, baby. I’ve been seeing May for pedicures and massages since I was 15 — and I’m now 37. That’s it. That’s the review. It speaks for itself. Can’t vouch for the manicures or acrylics though, hunny — I go somewhere else for that.

Because I’m a loyal customer to Qnails II that’s the only thing that prevented me from giving this location 1 star. I usually get my acrylic nail set from Qnails II and they were not opened today. I called this location and they only do UV Gel and Powder sets, okay no problem. So I go to get my nails and toes done, and everything is fine until I go to pay….
