I want to first state that the women who took care of my mother-in-law and sister-in-law were wonderful. However, I was with the older male at the location and didn't have an enjoyable time. I did explain that I have nerve damage in both of my hands, so I can't do certain things, and to communicate with me if he needed me to position my hands. He wouldn't. Rude staff. Tried to over charge you when there's a sign with the pricing on it. Go somewhere else. 1000% ask before you get anything done! Tried to charge me 70 dollars when the sign said a set was 40 and gel was 15. I just wanted french tips.... went upstairs and got exactly what I wanted for cheaper.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience and cannot recommend their pedicure services. I paid $25, but basic steps were completely skipped—my nails weren't trimmed, and essential tools like scrub brushes were not used. The entire service felt rushed and lasted barely 10 minutes, reflecting a clear lack of training and care. The staff was indifferent and unwelcoming throughout. For the price, the service fell far short of standard expectations, and I won't be returning.
