I went to Q massage tonight. First of all, GREAT massage. One of the best I’ve had. When I went to pay, I gave a $10 tip. They LAUGHED at my tip as if it wasn’t good enough. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Even though this was the best massage, I WILL NEVER go back bc of this rude gesture! I don’t have to tip ANYTHING.
I have been going here for a couple of years now. I have had several injuries over the years with the worst a compound tibia fibula fracture that this week has been 20 years ago. I had the impression that it would never be nothing but marginal for the rest of my life. Anne has been working with me for the last 6 months or so! I WOULD NOT recommend. I called to make an appointment because of the other reviews. When the phone rang it went immediately to text message. I was texted that they would reserve 2 spaces for my husband and me for a couple's massage. When we arrived at the appointment time, we were told they didn't have any appointments and there was only one person so we could NOT get the couples massage. That and the fact that the person working didn't speak a word of English and had to use Google translate to even understand the text mess... read more
