I called up to get a 90min deep tissue massage and was told there was availability. I drove there and 5 min later when I arrived I was then told they could only do an hour massage. This place is absolutely a sham.
Updating this review based upon their response: no idea what "service" they are talking about. Literally BOOKED a 2 hour Swedish massage and it was confirmed by them in text. 2 nights in a row!! Showed up both nights, and the same chick who apparently can only speak via a google phone app, turned me away saying she could only do 1 hour, multiple times. Literally booked ahead of time and they told me they were open until 10:30pm. Booked a two hour massage and got turned away at my a lot time of 8:30pm saying they close at 9:30pm and would only do 1 hr or less. Wasted 30 min driving there and missed an appointment I could’ve had elsewhere.
When you are ABLE to get a massage, the massage itself is great, especially the deep tissue. However, for almost 6 months now, I have been trying to book a massage there. The phone number listed on the website is incorrect (use the google number), communication is difficult, and they do NOT have booking online, nor can you book in advance- they say to call back on the day you want the massage. This has been very frustrating, so sadly, will have to find another place.
Q Massage is wonderful! We always book couples massages here and it’s consistently a great experience. Relaxing atmosphere, skilled therapists, and we always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend!
