showed up yesterday after making an appointment online. Store was completely closed and the phone number is not in service.
The gel nails started peeling the very next day. I contacted the salon, but they refused to fix the problem without charging again. Extremely frustrating.

It’s 1am and I can’t sleep because of the pain in my nails. I’ve never felt this way in my life and never realized how painful nails could get. Went there today to just remove gel and do a manicure, no polish as I wanted to give my nails a break. The person who treated my nails did everything wrong, from the gel removing to the nail cutting… I’ve been through so many online websites but I still can’t get why it’s feeling so painful after a few hours of walking out of the salon.
