I came in with a simple Togo order. It was 10pm and a little busy due to a Spurs playoff game but still empty bar seats. Ernesto was attentive at first. I left the same 30% tip on the order as if I was eating there. After 20 minutes of waiting I watched 3 Togo bags of food come out at once. People that placed orders after me got their food. Breakfast at Q Kitchen as prompt and very tasty. We both ordered the Steak and Eggs. The steak was cooked medium rare as ordered. Eggs, over medium. Service was prompt and friendly. No cappuccino, latte or espresso available with breakfast. A small let down.
I agree with others that SERVICE & ATMOSPHERE are 5 star, but at least for me, my breakfast was pretty disappointing . I had the Texas Benny which had smoked brisket as the meat. Half of the little cubes of meat were either too tough or too fatty to eat. At the end of our meal, I brought this to the attention of our waiter, Anthony. He was of course apologetic about it. I had a most wonderful experience at this Hyatt Regency. I had an issue with my tv. The engineer was very prompt getting to my room. The next day 3/29/26 Mike from the engineer department called to check if my tv was still working. This was very kind and thoughtful. Sometimes the small things make a huge difference. I really would love to Thank the Entire staff for the Exceptional Customer Service. I definitely recommend this hotel. Keep up the Great work
