Amazing shrimp tacos and service
There was 4 others besides myself. I sat at the bar. I ordered a glass of pino grio and a crème brûlée. The bar tender disappeared, the pino wasn't good (sent it back when she returned). So I asked for my dessert to go b/c I'm tired. She immediately tells me no and "here is what you can take out" shoving another menu at me. Really solid meal in a nice environment, great staff. I sat at the bar and had some very good fish tacos with house made kettle chips. I wanted to stay in, and the nearby Riverwalk restaurants are fun bars, but not very good food, generally. So ate at the bar in the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised. The food is pricey given it's in a hotel and on the Riverwalk, but wasn't crazy. I had the blueberry pancakes and my husband had the egg steak breakfast. Everything we tried was delicious. They even offered us a complimentary coffee to go. I’m so glad we tried it!
