I wish I could give 10 stars. Best customer service, hands down! We had to call before placing our order, and they were incredibly helpful both over the phone and through text. Shipping was fast and easy, and I received my product without any issues. I had been unable to find it anywhere else, and the staff here went out of their way to help. Truly great customer service! I really appreciate it! Will definitely shop again!
Found my work wig here when no one else had it. Customer service was top notch. Answered my questions super fast by text and shipped the wig literally in the hour in which I purchased online. I just wish I lived closer so I could patronize them in person. Thanks so much for the great experience!
I had the pleasure of dealing with this company and I have to say Mimi was so helpful. I have been trying to order a specific wig and had such a hard time finding it. Mimi confirmed they were in stock and was so quick to message me back with updates and tracking numbers etc. I live in Canada and my mother lives in Arizona (they don’t ship to Canada) but she had the order sent to my mom so she could bring it back here for me.
