I've been a patient at Q Dermatology for a few years now, both at Cleveland and Taringa braches. The staff are exceptional. I never feel hurried in an appointment. They are great at getting back to you promptly if you have follow up questions. Yes, they aren't the cheapest but I value quality care above cost. I highly recommend them. The wait time when you're there for an appointment is no longer than a normal doctor so that is not an issue. As they do procedures inhouse as well sometimes appointments run over. Wow just wow, if you are looking for a top highly skilled dermatologist look no further than Dr Adam Quinn, I had to have a biopsy it was my first time and I was nervous from the moment he walked into the room I relaxed and felt like the most special person I have never come across such a lovely down to earth specialist who just made me feel I had nothing to worry about even his needle skills are top of the line I felt nothing absolutely nothing, I can’t rate Q Dermatology enough to the ladies in reception and the nurses, I ... read more
Dr Adam and reception staff. Adam you’re a great doctor but your time management is below average. I can understand 5-10min behind but not over 30min without any notice. You require patients to confirm appointments or reschedule within 48hrs, so why can’t staff inform patients that there is a long delay and either cancel appointments and reschedule or wait. Just like you a patients time is just as important.
Dr Zara was outstanding. My first skin check and she made me feel completely comfortable during the whole process. Thank you
Dr Quinn did a great job reconstructing my ear after removing a BCC. The follow up and subsequent visits have been friendly, professional and most helpful.
