I had the opportunity to see Dr Zara Vickers who is a GP with Advanced Training in Dermatology. i found this very helpful as I have multiple complex medical issues. I experienced a professional and expert consultation in relation to my skin concerns. Very poor service, i was made to wait over an hour for my initial appointment and was not given the courtesy of a message or a call to let me know they were running behind. On my second and now last appointment here i was again made to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time.
Took my 5 year old daughter in to Dr Quinn to check her nails this morning. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I feel very confident my little girl is getting the best care possible. Thanks Adam!
Poor communication regarding appointment booking and doctor availability. I'll be finding a new clinic after 3 years here.
