Been going here several years now, the staff is always friendly, and Dr. Dogmantis is exceptional. She's very kind, knowledgeable, and I look forward to sharing stories about our kids who are similar ages when I visit! Started bringing my toddler here as well, and Jasmine is just the best with her! She turns her visits into a fun adventure, lets my daughter explore the tools, and explains every step of the process in a way she can understand. Dental hygienist very kind and helpful. Assisting staff was very rude hounding schedules and timing and commented on my weight.
Got a dental procedure done, the dentist and the staff told me that BEFORE the procedure that they called and my insurance would cover the procedure. Insurance denied the claim and now the office is booking me for $500. Completely blindsided and lied to by this office.
I was in an extreme crisis and saw Dr. Dogmanits for an appointment at 11am and at 6pm I was back for emergency oral surgery with Dr. Crasto. This team has been working diligently to get me back to health. I’m still a new patient and hope to continue to receive professional and friendly service. I do believe Dr. Dogmanits made the right decision having me come back that night to target and treat the root cause of infection that was starting to spread through my body and causing me other health issues.
