RecommendedGreat service, fast, friendly and efficient. My hygienist Lexi was awesome!
Last two visits my 10 year old son had at this place there wasn’t even a doctor available to see my son. We waited forever just to be told the doctor still isn’t in. The hag Judy at the front desk rather argue then hear any concerns. We were pushed out without xrays being looked at and he didn’t get his teeth sealed either. I will be looking for a new dentist , one that can get to work on time !!
While I live in Greece, I choose to go to the WNY Dental office in Penfield because they are very professional but at the same time, they make me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am a super chicken when it comes to dental care due to a very bad experience as a child, but Dr. Dao is a wonderful dentist whom I have complete confidence in, she gives me great dental care while at the same time insuring that I am not afraid to come in for service. If you are nervous about going to the dentist, I have your solution. Penfield Western New York Dental Group is the place to go. Mary, the hygienist greeted me with the bigest smile and welcomed me to her chair. She was friendly, efficient and made me feel comfortable. After xrays and cleaning, Dr. Yeager examined my mouth. He has been my dentist for upteen years and I put all my trust in his hands. All in all it was the best dental experience of my life. I recommend this group to all.
This is the second time I've had my teeth cleaned by Lexy at The Penfield office. Lexy is an awesome hygienist, she's through, friendly, and fun ! She gets you in , does her job in a timely manner, makes sure you have some supplies ( toothbrush, toothpaste, floss ) before you leave . I highly recommend Lexy !!
I love it here as a new patient finding a woman dentist was a priority due to my anxiety. I feel so comfortable here and they always get me in asap. The staff is all very nice! Highly recommend Dr. Dao she is so nice and very patient! They take care of you at this place!
