I have been to Royal Dental Care based on a recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed! In fact, I was more than happy to go there! The service was exceptional - the Dentist took so much time to explain everything to me, giving me advice and answered all the questions I had. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else than here!
This review is specially a reply to @YAA Who said he has bad experience with Dr. Enu a year ago. FYI , dr. Enu left Q dental almost 2 years ago. How come you have bad experience when she was not even working in that clinic. If you are not sure what was the name of the dentist ,u had experience, u shouldnot write anyone's name. Dr Enu would have to be one of the most unpleasant dentists I have ever come across with. She has an impatient temper and instead of politely asking a patient if they are okay she would raise her voice and say are you ok with no mannerisms. It’s costs $0 to be courteous, Dr Enu.
Guys please dont go there.. scam.. i had booked an appointment and when i went there the center was closed .. after multiple attempts very rude and unhappy staff attended the call .. she said we dont have any appointment booked in today but after i gave my details she said ohh we haven’t put the details in the system and come saturday.. she never listens and she was very rude , when I asked about the refund she hang up the phone and never answered after that .. imagine what kind of treatment they will do to their customers..... read more
