My wife has been coming here 5 years and came home crying because the owner herself botched a wax she paid good money for. Probably won’t ever come back unless she decides to respond.
We had good experiences in the past but today the guy who did my daughter’s pedicure, cut the cuticles too deep that it started bleeding. No apologies, he skipped some of the steps and finished it quickly. Poor girl tolerated the pain and didn’t tell me until after we came out. The rates are pretty good compared to other spa’s in this area so why compromise on the quality of services?
Any other time my service was great. But today it was sooo painful I never had a pedi that hurt so bad. And it’s still hurting as we speak. File me toe nail to the post my nail broke smh
My daughter and I went for Mani Pedi. They were so nice and patient with us. They were so sweet and funny. My daughter's nail designs were beautiful and my feet are so silky smooth! We'll be back again!
