I had a great experience at this salon with a young lady by the name of Leslie but today I had the worst experience with a guy name Kyle. If I could give no stars for him I would. My pedicure was awful. Similar to the previous review, my cuticles are hurting from his clipping and nails were filed too low. The nail polish looked cakey when applied therefore I asked him to apply again. He seemed to be rushed because he had an appointment waiting. Terrible service. Technician watched videos on her phone and listened to her earbuds the entire manicure and pedicure. The quality of service was very poor and less than what I could have done for myself. The manager too was on his phone with a customer in his chair.
