After living in this building for the past two years I can honestly say I can't wait to get out! The building itself is poorly constructed. You can hear absolutely everything that goes on in the hallways, above you, and beside you. The temperature in the units gets to be 38 degrees in the summer with blinds closed and fans running. It flooded due to poor quality plumbing and took over 6 months for repairs to be completed. It is very poorly maintained. It used to be good, but now it’s a mess— theft, noise, trash, and rule-breaking residents. Issues get reported, but management just sends emails and does nothing. Useless.
Terrible management - Quarter Park Management rarely ever steps in to address issues being reported around the building. Noise complaints are not dealt with, packages stolen all the time, and service requests take months to be followed up on. Emails aren't responded to for months, if ever, and if you get lucky with a reply - it leads to no resolution and instead a sorry to hear about that response. Stay safe, stay away.
The building was very nice but the entire application process was insulting. I drove up from Edmonton to view a place as they would not let me apply before, everything looked great we chose a unit filled out an application and asked them to call or email with any further questions. We have great income and great credit but we heard nothing back.
