Such an amazing store, sweet staff, have soooo many items and so clean and organized!! Great prices allll kind of products hair wigs accessories makeup omg everything y'all don't sleep on Q beauty it's so far away from me i take a special trip just to go here!
Bad quality of hair, man at register tried to give me a hard time with my return but I let him know the hair WAS in original condition as the bundles were intact. He knew that already though. Just be tryna get over on people. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have never been here.... First off, you walk in the store and feel like someone is watching every little move u make? I was just in there for hairspray & lip liner. Well, I saw they had some lip gloss too! I saw one that had OBVIOUSLY been opened prior, so I opened it. The guy then spoke to me from the cash register (ignored me walking in) and said, "those are not testers, here, give to me and I'll mark it out cause no one will buy it now"! SERIOUSLY? I feel watched by the cashier when I'm in this store. It's not a very good feeling. I also was disappointed with the service I received when I tried to exchange hair color that was damaged. Just goes to show that these people don't like, nor care about the people they service, just want to profit off of them. Prices have gone up significantly, so I go to a different place now; it's much better, nearby, and I'm treated with respect there.
