Owner is completely rude and unprofessional!
I booked an appointment for 4:30pm online and when I showed up the lash artist was not there onsite for the appointment. Apparently, she already left way before. Terrible online booking, don’t put 4:30pm as your availability online if you won’t be there 🤦♀️

It was easy to get an appointment. My brows are on point ! I’ll be coming back for a refill.
Quienie did touch ups on my powder brows and did freshly new winged eyeliner. She’s very sweet and gentle. She made me feel very comfortable. She did an awesome job and gave me a nice deal for doing both. I highly recommend her work. She is very talented in what she does, you will not be disappointed. I will be going back to her for my lip blushing. I can’t wait.
