"I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in for stiletto nails, and the results were completely subpar. The shaping is completely uneven and crooked, and the technicians piled on the gel/acrylic so thickly that the nails look bulky and poorly executed. When I tried to address these issues, the manager was unavailable, and staff gave me the runaround with a 45-minute wait.
