It is quite unfortunate that I have to leave this Review. I have known and considered Jason Q. Bock a friend for a couple of years now. I’ve always liked him and we share mutual friends. I was replacing a toilet in my children’s bathroom. When I removed the toilet, I saw the flange had rusted away and leaked water had caused the wood sub-floor to rot and it needed to be replaced.
