Booked a room.online. showed up and they said they didn't have a room.for me.they got overbooked. Lady at the desk said I should have called to make the reservation. I am hours away I dont know this hotel from any other. Offered zero resolution, help ,or response after I messaged them. Absolutely horrible service.
